The next step is to determine your lot size and building setback requirements - is your available land enough to afford you the home or remodel you desire.

Many neighborhoods have specific Codes, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&R's) regulated by local civic leagues. It is necessary to determine if your area is governed by such a body. This is a process typically handled by the Designer and client together.
