RENO-VATION

The inspiration for this one -story bungalow was to create a fresh new look through simple expression and an impressionistic color palette.  To increase living space we created an easy flow floor plan with vaulted ceilings and open spaces giving the family a viewing perspective that feels light, airy and artistic.  Built-ins and an inspired color palette gave the home excitement and interest.

Through efficient means, the new space included a spacious kitchen, laundry room, full dining area and spacious living room within a single story footprint in efforts to keep ample space in the back garden.
