This home, for a busy family of four, was originally a small single story bungalow that went through a major remodel and second story addition and at the client's request was transitioned into the craftsman style.  The clients also wanted the house to feel large though their lot was narrow and had limited buildable area.  The downstairs was provided with open kitchen, dining and living and areas with an office and family room and the upstairs was designed with vaulted bedrooms, baths and master suite.  The open plan and high ceilings allowed for good light and gives a feeling of spaciousness and with the craftsman flair the client desired is achieved through woodwork, finishes and fireplace detailing.
