This cottage style house was a remodel inspired by the owner's upbringing in an East coast sea town. They wanted thier LA home to reflect a comfortable Connecticut bungalow.  Numerous built-ins were added for collectables, large picture windows provide abundant light and views and a large and cozy fireplace with a wide mantle make a warm gathering place for family and guests.  From across the country we found for them the familiar of comfort, of the old and new the clients desired.
